Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Agriflare Africa Limited, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately via phone or email. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Damaged or defective products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
• Wrong item received: If you received an incorrect product, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a full refund.
• Quality concerns: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your produce, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can address your concerns.

Please note that due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during checkout (M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash).

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Products bought on promotion or with a discount code (unless faulty)
• Change of mind after 3 days of delivery
• Products that have been tampered with or improperly stored

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
